Seriously, it's like the bigger they are, the harder they are to get into. Why don't they build them so they're as high off the ground as a van or car?

'm looking for information regarding road safety requirements for two wheel camping trailers. I'm looking to renovate and modify an existing trailer and get it up to snuff for proper registration, etc. If you can point me in the right direction for legally pulling one and any size and weight requirements, etc. in the greater U.S. I would greatly appreciate it.

where do all the rusted or junk camping trailers go? Is there a certain gaveyard just for those type of trailers or what? Reason i ask is because i want to build a car trailer and cant find any that i can use the frame off. Any Ideas ? I live in Flint MI. so if you live near or in that would probably help. I dont want to go no 100000 miles just for a frame..lol Thanks!!

I saw one on the freeway the other day and it looked very nice (much heavier duty than the old screen typed ones). It was the normal size of a pop-up but it was made of plastic or fiberglass.. Thanks for your help.
